During Pending Karma readings several times you have to verify the family history and the background before even making any future predictions. Generally before verification of the chart, one should not proceed to predict anything about the native for the Future even if the chart is of a Child - you should predict events before birth or predict events related to the Parents before proceeding.

There are several types of Karma one is both with and has to execute such as if your Lagna Lord has gone in the 8th house either you will suffer through chronic illnesses or several people will gain from your hardwork - it all depends on the specific combination of the chart.

In order to come to a specific conclusion you need to Rashi chart and then move on to the divisional Charts to find the specific event that the native has been effected with. Such as if someone has Mars in Lagna Exalted in Rashi Chart, in Leo Navansh well placed but afflicted in Cancer Dwadasansh - The Prediction would be : Ancestors has taken/built a lot of properties due to which the native will have inheritance in this life but eventually the Land would be taken by Govt or native will face Legal issues.

The is a chart which came for a consultation where it was the reading of Pending Karma. After seeing the chart this was one of the Predictions made : "Someone in Father's Family suffering from Mental Issues or Nerves related issues" and "Wastage of Water / Natural Resources" .

To Both of these predictions it was told that Native's own Sibling was mentally challenged and passed away at an early age and their whole family does not fix the water tap due to which constant water Wastage happens.

Let us analyse the combinations - Remember that multiples planets have to be connected in the D1 and Divisions in order to give a single event -- Never predict based on only 1 combination when doing readings as it will be difficult to achieve consistency and specificity during readings.
Notice that the Lagna lord itself is connected with Moon and 2nd house has 6th Lord of Disputes and Debts but afflicted with Md/Gk showing Mental troubles in family or Mental peace being disturbed. Furthermore Moon / Mercury is one of the combinations when afflicted gives mental issues which are chronic in nature and a person ending up taking wrong decisions in their life as they tend to make choices based only on emotions and not the results or any long term planning.
Furthermore 2nd Lord goes in the 12th house of Navansh showing loss of emotional/mental stability and Liquid and further in the Divisional chart of D12 the same combination is repeating where Moon be debilated without a Good Cancellation and aspected by Rahu.

All these factors indicated Karam towards the negative aspects of the significations of Moon were done due to which there have been health issues and untimely deaths within the family.

When you know the events that has happened you will be able to make more specific remedies but most of the times what I have observed is that the remedies will be difficult to do as their is a natural resistance towards those significations which will usually require a lot of hardwork and persistence to even complete the remedy for a single time.
